Child protection policy

 

Our Child protection policy is adopted from the child protection in sport unit { S.P.C.U. } backed by the NSPCC

Our Instructors are registered and qualified with the British National Martial Arts Association.

Our Adult Instructors are C.R.B. checked

  1. N.E.S.T.Taekwondo & Jason Ainley martial arts schools has a duty of care to safeguard all children involved in our classes and activities from harm.
    All children have a right to protection, and the needs of individual children and others who may be particularly vulnerable must be taken into account.
  2. N.E.S.T Taekwondo & Jason Ainley Martial arts schools will ensure the safety and protection of all children involved through adherence to the Child Protection guidelines adopted by CHILD PROTECTION IN SPORT UNIT backed by the NSPCC
  3. A child is defined as a person under the age of 18 (The Children Act 1989).
