Points to remember
Keep the punching fist on your hip with the opposite arm extended. { Fig 1 }
Punch the fist forwards while at the same time pull the extended arm {reaction arm} back turning both fists at the end of the technique. { Fig 2 }
Punch to the centre of your body.
Keep punches level with your shoulder { Fig 3 }
Stay in riding stance, feet should be one and a half shoulder width apart and parallel.
