to remember

Place
the blocking arm underneath the opposite elbow with the opposite arm
extended to the front, palms facing down.
- Drive the blocking
arm across the body over the front leg, fist finishes shoulder level
,while at the same time pull the extended arm {reaction arm} back to
the hip twisting both forearms at the end of the technique.
Step forward in
walking stance and repeat technique on the opposite side.
