Points to remember

 

  1. Place the blocking arm underneath the opposite elbow with the opposite arm extended to the front, palms facing down.
  2. Drive the blocking arm across the body over the front leg, fist finishes shoulder level ,while at the same time pull the extended arm {reaction arm} back to the hip twisting both forearms at the end of the technique.

    Step forward in walking stance and repeat technique on the opposite side.
