N.E.S.T. Taekwondo held a regional championship at Herringthorpe leisure centre on 10.03.07.

Continuous sparring was the category on the day and N.E.S.T. students from Rotherham,Sheffield and Scunthorpe all fought over 3 rounds of one and a half minutes in duration in both the coloured Belt and Black Belt divisions.
