N.E.S.T. Training Seminar 2006
N.E.S.T. Taekwondo held their 2006 training seminar on the 23rd April 2006.
The venue was the English Institute of sport Sheffield.
The seminar was attended by over 60 students from clubs from South Yorkshire,West Yorkshire and Humberside.

After a brief introduction to the senior Instructors by Mrs Gize Mawbey 4th Degree Black Belt, the students were taken through a warm up under the supervision of Jason Ainley 3rd degree black belt.

After the warm up N.E.S.T Taekwondo founder and Chief Instructor Mr Tony Mawbey 5th Degree Black Belt led the students through a variety of blocking punching and kicking drills covering basics to the more advanced combinations found in Taekwondo

N.E.S.T. Taekwondo 2006 seminar
Following basics came patterns
Students went into groups and performed patterns under the supervision of an Instructor.

Then Mr Russell Yellott 2nd Degree Black Belt coached students on continuous sparring techniques paying equal attention to both punching and kicking combinations.

Afterwards the N.E.S.T. Taekwondo senior Black Belts gave a demonstration of free sparring.
