Ashley began training in Taekwondo in March 2001 at Chapeltown in Sheffield and he achieved 1st Degree Black Belt in November 2006.

Ashley is now training towards his 2nd Degree Black Belt as well as becoming a N.E.S.T. junior assistant Instructor.
