Points to remember

 

  1. Place the blocking arm on top of the opposite shoulder, with the opposite arm extended to the front, palms facing down.
  2. Drive the blocking arm downwards over the front leg while at the same time pull the extended arm {reaction arm} back to the hip twisting both forearms at the end of the technique.

Step forward in walking stance and repeat technique on the opposite side.
